We're recruiting for a Property Management Team Leader to join an established and highly respected, award-winning independent estate agency in South East London.

The Role

As a Property Management Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers
• Conduct performance reviews and support individual career progression plans
• Oversee the full property management operation, including maintenance, compliance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes
• Monitor KPIs, workloads and portfolio performance to maintain high operational standards
• Manage escalated complaints and complex cases while maintaining strong client relationships
• Drive process improvements, audits and service standards to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to wider business planning and property management initiatives

Property Management Team Leader Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards
• A commitment to supporting, coaching and developing team members
