Your new role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of electrical building services projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary team on a diverse range of developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing electrical building services designs for a variety of projects.
• Preparing calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Assisting with project delivery from concept through to completion.
• Collaborating with mechanical engineers, designers and project managers to develop coordinated design solutions.
• Attending client, design team and site meetings when required.
• Supporting project coordination and technical delivery.
• Contributing to sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
• Assisting with site inspections and monitoring installation progress.

What you'll need to succeed

• BEng (Hons) Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience within a building services consultancy environment.
• Experience producing electrical building services designs for commercial, healthcare, education, industrial or similar projects.
• Knowledge of relevant UK building regulations and industry standards.
• Experience using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux or similar.
• Working towards Chartership with IET or CIBSE would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
