Help communities across Wales make a lifetime of difference.
At Ty Hafan, we believe that when a child's life will be short, no family should have to live it alone. Every day, we support children with life-shortening conditions and their families, helping them create precious memories together.
The generosity of communities across Wales plays a vital role in making this possible. From schools and sports clubs to community groups, volunteers and dedicated supporters, people come together every day to raise funds that help transform lives.
We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead our corporate fundraising programme and help us build even deeper connections with business communities across Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, developing innovative fundraising opportunities, leading a talented team and helping us achieve ambitious growth.
About the role:
As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in growing Ty Hafan’s corporate fundraising income and developing meaningful partnerships with businesses across Wales and beyond. Leading a dedicated team, you will be responsible for securing new corporate supporters, maximising the value of existing partnerships, and delivering innovative fundraising opportunities that inspire organisations to support children with life-shortening conditions and their families.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines relationship management, business development, strategic planning, and team leadership. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, and service delivery teams to create compelling partnership opportunities, identify new income streams, and ensure supporters receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey with Ty Hafan.
As part of the Partnerships and Philanthropy team, you will use insight, creativity, and strong commercial awareness to drive sustainable income growth, helping to ensure that more children and families can access the specialist care and support they need.
About you:
You are an experienced relationship-builder with a proven track record of developing successful partnerships and delivering income growth. Whether your background is in corporate fundraising, account management, business development, sales, or partnership management, you will be skilled at identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and building long-term relationships that deliver mutual value.
You will be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people at all levels and can effectively represent Ty Hafan to businesses, supporters, and senior stakeholders. Highly organised and results-focused, you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, developing strategic plans, and using data and insight to inform decisions and measure success.
As a leader, you will be able to motivate and develop others, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. You will bring creativity, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, alongside a genuine passion for delivering excellent supporter experiences.
Most importantly, you will share Ty Hafan's values and be committed to making a difference to the lives of children with life-shortening conditions and their families. If you are ambitious, collaborative, and motivated by building partnerships that create meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
If you're ready to inspire communities, build lasting relationships and help transform lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Our employee benefits:
Ty Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own. Sadly, we know that thousands of families in Wales are struggling alone through the fear, exhaustion and uncertainty that comes with caring for a child whose life will be short. We believe that no family should have to live this on their own and we are determined to walk alongside every family through life, death and beyond.
At Ty Hafan we are experts at caring for children with life-shortening conditions and our services support families in our hospice, in community settings, local hospitals and in families’ homes. We understand that the needs of each child and their family are unique and we know that caring for a child with a life-shortening condition is often extremely demanding. Our aim is to make sure that no one doing this is alone. Our colleagues, volunteers and supporters are crucial in the delivery of our ambition – we know that everyone plays a huge part in making sure that no family faces their child’s short life alone.
