This is a genuine long-term career opportunity, with the successful candidate working alongside a highly experienced senior Project Manager ahead of their planned retirement. Key Responsibilities * Manage engineering projects from concept to completion * Coordinate customers, suppliers and internal teams * Control project budgets, timescales and deliverables * Ensure quality, technical and compliance standards are met What You'll Bring * 3–5+ years' project management experience in engineering or manufacturing * Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, including fabrication and welding * Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or above) * Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar) * Excellent organisational and communication skills What's On Offer? £40,000–£42,000 basic salary plus bonus, a 4.5-day working week, flexible working, occasional overseas travel and excellent career progression.
