About the Opportunity
This is a unique chance to work at the forefront of a pioneering Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) pilot programme-the Connected programme. Designed to deliver intensive, structured 6-month support, the programme helps kinship carers stabilise placements, navigate complex systems, and access vital services.
As a Family Support Worker, you will manage an active caseload of approximately 20 families at a time (around 40 across the year). Combining relational casework with high-quality data collection, your efforts will help build a strong evidence base to transform kinship care nationwide.
