A well-established and highly respected property consultancy is seeking a Commercial Agency Surveyor to join its successful South Essex team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor to join a leading regional practice with a strong reputation across the industrial, office, retail and development sectors. Within this role you will work with a diverse client base including landlords, occupiers, developers, investors and private property companies, advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions.

Your new role
The role will involve managing agency instructions, which will include conducting inspections and viewings, negotiating sales agreements and building strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with colleagues across the professional services division, benefiting from a collaborative and well-established referral network. What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should have previous experience within commercial property agency and possess strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. MRICS qualification is advantageous but not essential for individuals who can demonstrate a strong track record within the commercial property market. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes is required.
