Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in sales support, customer service, or order processing? These positions offer the opportunity to join successful organisations where you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring orders are processed efficiently from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing the full order lifecycle from enquiry through to delivery.
• Maintaining customer records, pricing information, and account details.
• Producing order confirmations and updating customers on order progress.
• Liaising with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinating deliveries and resolving order-related issues.
• Producing reports and updating internal databases.
• Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Order Processor, Commercial Administrator, or similar.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
