You will work alongside experienced financial planners in a close-knit team. The role provides direct client contact, dedicated exam sponsorship, and a clear route to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new business submissions and manage letters of authority with providers, giving you full ownership of your pipeline while deepening your technical understanding of pensions and investments.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive client review packs, giving you end-to-end visibility of financial planning strategies and direct insight into complex portfolios.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and product providers, allowing you to build strong professional relationships and sharpen your consultative communication skills.
  • Gather and reconcile detailed valuation data and policy information, developing your analytical capabilities and building the foundational skills needed for technical paraplanning.
Requirements
  • Prior administration experience within an independent financial planning or wealth management firm.
  • Working knowledge of core retail financial products, covering pensions, collective investments, and protection plans.
  • Familiarity with financial planning back-office systems, with knowledge of Curo and Microsoft 365 preferred.
