Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing technology organisation as they continue their UK expansion with the launch of a brand-new office in Manchester City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a market-leading business that receives a consistent flow of warm inbound enquiries from comparison sites and digital lead generation channels.

Unlike traditional cold-calling sales roles, you'll be speaking with businesses that have already expressed an interest in improving how they manage their vehicle fleets, employees and operational performance through innovative technology solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be engaging with inbound prospects, understanding their requirements and demonstrating how the company's solutions can improve efficiency, productivity and visibility across their operations.

You'll be responsible for nurturing warm leads through the sales journey, providing tailored consultations and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound enquiries from comparison websites and marketing campaigns.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their business challenges.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
• Advise customers on the most suitable solutions for their operational needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline from enquiry through to close.
• Accurately update CRM records and sales activity.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or lead conversion.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence handling inbound enquiries and objection management.
• Highly motivated with a target-driven mentality.
• Professional and consultative approach to sales.
• Experience within technology, SaaS, automotive, fleet, telecoms or business services would be advantageous but not essential.
