FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established electrical wholesale business with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager (Electrical).

Permanent, full-time position based in Redditch.

Salary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new and existing business accounts across the local area
• Proactively identify and approach potential customers
• Generate new business through telephone prospecting and face-to-face sales activity
• Build strong, long-term relationships with trade and commercial customers
• Identify opportunities to increase sales across existing accounts
• Present products confidently and provide customers with suitable solutions
• Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve sales targets
• Manage your own pipeline, prospects and customer activity
• Represent the business professionally when visiting customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience within sales, business development or account management
• Strong new-business development and cold-calling ability
• Confident meeting and presenting to customers face-to-face
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships
• Target-driven, ambitious and comfortable working independently
• Electrical wholesale or wider wholesale experience would be highly advantageous
• Full UK driving licence required
