Legal Secretary | US Law Firm | up to £55,000

We're proud to be partnered with a prestigious US law firm that's known for its supportive culture and commitment to providing exceptional client care. They're currently seeking a proactive and diligent Legal Secretary to join their London team!

We are specifically looking to speak to professionals with 2-5 years of experience, who are looking to step up!

• Up to £55,000 salary + excellent office benefits including free gym and daily barista station!
• Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings
• Inbox management and correspondence
• Arranging domestic and international travel
• Assisting with billing, time recording, and expense management
• Opening new client matters and maintaining records
• Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
• Liaising professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Providing administrative support to Partners and fee earners

What we're looking for:

• 2 - 5 years minimum experience as a Legal Secretary in a top City or US law firm
• CILEX or Secretarial diploma highly desired (but not essential)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner
• Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
