The role

This is a broad HR Advisor role where you'll:

• Provide pragmatic advice and guidance to managers across a range of employee relations matters
• Coach managers around absence, performance and wider people issues
• Play an active role in recruitment and selection
• Support the development of HR policies and processes
• Get involved in HR systems, data and continuous improvement
• Contribute to wellbeing, benefits and wider HR projects
• Support onboarding and the wider employee life cycle

About you

You'll already have good generalist HR experience and enjoy working somewhere where you can be hands-on, inquisitive and close to the business. You'll bring:

• A strong ER track record and good employment law knowledge
• Recruitment and selection experience
• Confidence in coaching and influencing managers
• An interest in HR systems, data and improving how things are done
• A warm, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Ideally, CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification
