Benefits: Basic salary of £32,429 with an average OTE of £43,000 30 days’ holiday, including bank holidays Additional holiday entitlement based on length of service Staff discounts on MOTs, servicing and vehicle parts Fully funded life assurance and dedicated mental health support Refer a friend bonus of up to £1,000 Ongoing manufacturer training and career development Saturday overtime opportunitiesDuties: As a Vehicle Technician, carry out servicing, repairs, technical inspections and diagnostic work to a high standard Complete accurate vehicle health checks in line with company procedures Diagnose faults efficiently and recommend suitable repair solutions Maintain compliance with manufacturer guidelines and quality standards Deliver excellent technical and diagnostic services while meeting productivity and customer satisfaction targets Complete all required training to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Contribute to an exceptional customer experience through professional workmanship and attention to detailRequirements: For this Vehicle Technician role, you must hold City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 as a minimum Previous experience inspecting, repairing and servicing motor vehicles Previous franchised dealership experience would be beneficial but is not essential A full UK driving licence A commitment to high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team An MOT Tester qualification would be advantageousThis Vehicle Technician role is based on a 45-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with one in two Saturdays available as overtime.
