An exciting opportunity for an experienced financial planner and people leader to head up a successful advice office. In this role you will be responsible for office performance, client relationships, team leadership, regulatory oversight, and driving organic business growth. In addition you will also manage a small portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice and build strong client relationships.
• Drive organic growth through new business generation and client development.
• Lead, develop, and support advisers and office staff.
• Manage office profitability, performance, and operational efficiency.

About You:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).
• Proven track record of generating organic growth and managing client relationships.
• Previous people management experience within financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
