Our client act within the General Insurance & Broking sector and their management team boast over 50 years experience in the industry so you're in good hands. They're a small-medium sized team at the moment but they have exciting expansion plans heading into 2027.

The Job:

• Manage a portfolio of third-party motor claims from initial notification through to settlement.

• Investigate liability, assess evidence and determine fault in line with relevant policies and procedures.

• Liaise with third parties, insurers, solicitors, repairers and other relevant stakeholders to progress claims.

• Negotiate settlements and manage claims costs, ensuring the best possible financial outcomes.

• Maintain accurate claims records, provide regular updates and ensure all claims are handled within agreed service levels and regulatory requirements.
