• Check invoice details against available documentation to help maintain accurate payment records.
• Maintain accounts payable files and records in an organised, accessible format.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide clear updates on invoice information.
• Work with colleagues in Accounting & Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare invoice information for payment processing and keep supporting documents in order.
• Review accounts payable data and flag missing or unclear information for resolution.
