About the Role

We are seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Temporary Night Concierge to provide a high standard of service across our residential developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for residents and visitors throughout the night.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who takes pride in delivering a professional concierge service and ensuring the smooth running of a residential building during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional and helpful service to residents, visitors and contractors.
• Monitor the building entrance, reception area and access control systems.
• Manage visitor access and ensure all security procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular patrols of communal areas and report any maintenance, security or health and safety concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries and requests.
• Monitor CCTV and building security systems in line with site procedures and data protection requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors, deliveries and shift handovers.
• Liaise with the management team, emergency services and relevant contractors when required.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following established procedures.
• Ensure the reception desk and communal areas remain clean, tidy and presentable.
• Complete all duties in accordance with site policies and operating procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• Professional, presentable and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently during night shifts.
• Experienced in concierge, front-of-house, residential property or security-related roles.
• Confident handling resident enquiries and managing challenging situations calmly.
• Highly observant, with a strong understanding of security and health and safety procedures.
• Organised, proactive and able to maintain accurate written records.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

Previous experience within luxury residential developments, apartment buildings or serviced residences would be advantageous.
