Student Referral Unit Manager February 2027 South Lincolnshire Academies Trust have an exciting opportunity for a Student Referral Unit Manager to work alongside the Pastoral and Behaviour team at Cowley Academy. The SRU supports students who are referred following behaviour incidents in school (and sometimes out of school). The SRU Manager will be responsible for supervising and supporting students in completing work set by subject teachers, discuss with students the reasons why they are in the SRU and look to support them in developing strategies to be reintegrated back in to the classroom and to avoid repeating time in the SRU.
