Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a tailored caseload in residential conveyancing, with the flexibility to adjust workload according to capability and build it up progressively.
• Work closely with partners who are readily available for guidance and support.
• Engage in various legal tasks involving property transactions, client consultations, and document preparations.
• Opportunity to work overtime to manage additional caseloads as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified solicitor with the ability to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
