This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, developing the finance team, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and supporting the CFO and wider leadership team in achieving business objectives.
