Internal Sales Coordinator
Location: Swansea (Office-based)

Are you the kind of person who enjoys getting things right-then helping make sure they happen on time? We're looking for an experienced, organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join a very happy and established company in Swansea. In this key role, you'll be the friendly "hub" between the customers, the external sales team, and internal departments-keeping orders moving smoothly and service levels high.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting the external sales team with customer accounts, enquiries, and lead follow-ups
* Managing the full sales order process
* Liaising with suppliers and factories to help ensure timely fulfilment
* Being the main contact for customer queries-updating customers on orders, deliveries, and product availability
* Handling complaints professionally and raising Non-Conformance Reports when needed
* Preparing quotations and ensuring they're approved before release
* Generating delivery notes and invoices in SAP, plus supporting export/shipping paperwork
* Keeping customer records and portals up to date

What you'll bring:

* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
* Confident Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A professional, customer-focused approach with experience in a sales support/internal sales or customer focused role
