The Job You’ll Do:

• Raising purchase orders with approved suppliers
• Booking delivery notes onto our internal system
• Raising work orders for production
• Booking carriers and arranging transport for outgoing deliveries
• General administrative support across the office as needed
• Assisting with regular stocktaking
• Liaising with Head Office

About You:

• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with Microsoft Office Programs
• Previous administrative, purchasing, or office support experience (manufacturing or engineering environment a plus, but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
• A clear communicator, confident liaising with suppliers, carriers, and colleagues
• Reliable and punctual, with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ideally a driving licence and own transport
