Electrical Shift Engineer Liverpool Street, City of London £50,000 - £55,000 We've got a brand new role for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join our client on a prestigious commercial site based near Liverpool Street! This is an excellent opportunity to join a well renowned company and progress further in your career. This is a shift position, following a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, (Days and nights shifts) As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, carry out relevant installations and electrical testing, fault find / trouble shoot, update site logbooks and carry out compliance related duties. Electrical Shift Engineer Duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance across landlord areas. Diagnose faults and complete electrical repairs to minimise equipment downtime. Maintain electrical distribution systems, lighting, emergency lighting and associated building services. Support the maintenance of plant rooms, risers, landlord supplies and communal areas. Respond to building faults and emergencies, ensuring issues are resolved safely and efficiently. Complete routine inspections, testing and fault-finding activities. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures and relevant electrical regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and update the site's CAFM system. Work collaboratively with other shift engineers and specialist contractors. Electrical Shift Engineer Requirements: Qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)  At least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance  Client facing  Strong electrical commercial knowledge  Salary and Package: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum  Private health and dental care 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, days and nights  20 days annual leave  Company pension scheme  Internal progression  Additional qualifications  Overtime available  Posted by Alex Clark
