Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Between York and Selby
Contract: Temporary 3-4 months with a good chance of extension/permanent role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.63 per hour

Overview:

We are currently in an exciting period of growth and are seeking more Customer Service Administrators to join our award-winning client. This role involves supporting the Customer Services team in all aspects of office administration to help deliver first-class service. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a busy office environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire for self-development.

We are looking for candidates that will be available from around the start of December.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Processing orders and managing billing activities, including returns and expedited requests
• Coordinating and supporting onboarding to ensure understanding of products and support services
• Follow standardised procedures and deadlines including fully documenting all customer complaints and interactions in our CRM system to meet departmental SLAs.
• Customer Communication: Handling customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Undertake other office duties as and when required.
• Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Clinical, and Marketing to support continuous improvement.

Personal Attributes:

• Proven background in Customer Services/Administration/Data Entry, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Reliable and committed to completing the full duration of the contract.
• Patient and able to sustain concentration throughout the working day.
• Consistent and quality-driven in approach.
• Comfortable working independently within a structured task environment.
