The Opportunity

You'll train to become a specialist headhunter, identifying and placing senior professionals into some of the world's most prestigious financial institutions.

You'll gain exposure to exclusive executive searches, retained assignments and high-value recruitment projects, with individual placement fees often exceeding £80,000.

Unlike traditional recruitment, this is a relationship-led, research-driven environment where intelligence, professionalism and commercial awareness are valued.

You'll develop skills in negotiation, market research, client relationships and business development, working closely with experienced consultants across international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals globally
• Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms
• Researching specialist financial markets and talent pools
• Supporting exclusive executive search assignments
• Managing candidate relationships, interviews and offers
• Developing into a specialist consultant with your own client network
