We are currently seeking an experienced Major Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner, specialising in Lower Limb – Hips & Knees, to join a busy and established theatre team in Blackburn.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Scrub Practitioner with strong orthopaedic experience who is confident working within major elective and/or trauma orthopaedic procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in major orthopaedic scrubbing.
• Specialist knowledge of hip and knee procedures, including joint replacements.
• Confidence preparing and maintaining complex orthopaedic instrumentation.
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Excellent communication, organisation and patient care skills.
• Current relevant professional registration.
