Interim Accounts Assistant | £200–£230/day

1 Month initial Contract | Starting c. 10 November

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the finance team of an established business during a period of holiday cover.

This is an initial one-month assignment, starting around 10 November, and would suit someone available at short notice who can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable invoices
• Preparing and processing supplier payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Resolving invoice and payment queries
• Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
• Experience using NetSuite highly desirable
• Confident handling AP processes, payments and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Available to start at short notice

Day rate: £200–£250 depending on experience

Duration: Approximately 1 month
