A leading business travel organisation is seeking an experienced Dutch-Speaking Business Travel Consultant to support corporate clients with travel bookings, itinerary management, and exceptional customer service.

Important Requirement

FLUENT DUTCH LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL

Applicants must be fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).

This role involves supporting Dutch-speaking clients, handling enquiries in Dutch, and providing professional travel advice and booking support.

Candidates without professional Dutch language skills will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel enquiries and reservations in line with client travel policies.
• Book flights, rail, hotels, car hire, transfers, and ancillary travel services.
• Provide travel advice and cost-effective itinerary options.
• Process tickets, refunds, amendments, cancellations, and travel documentation.
• Maintain accurate traveller profiles and booking records.
• Manage personal and team queues, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Support online booking queries and provide first-line travel expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch and English-speaking clients.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a Business Travel Consultant role.
• Previous experience within a Business Travel Management Company (TMC).
• Strong fares and ticketing knowledge.
• Experience booking complex business travel itineraries.
• Galileo and/or Sabre experience desirable.

Essential Skills - Dutch Language - Fluent (Mandatory)
