Due to continued growth and increased production demand, they are looking to add an experienced Laser Operator to their team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Laser operator with experience in operating CNC laser cutting machines within a manufacturing environment. You will work from engineering drawings to manufacture parts to tight tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities * Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently * Load, run, and monitor CNC laser programs * Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal cutting performance * Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications * Carry out quality checks on finished components * Identify and resolve minor machine or cutting issues * Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet targets * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Requirements * Previous experience as a Laser Machinist / CNC Laser Operator * Bystronic experience preferable * Ability to run CNC laser cutting machinery confidently * Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurements * Experience working with sheet metal or similar materials advantageous * High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious approach Apply Now To apply for this Laser Machinist position, please submit your CV via this advert or contact Engineering @ 365 directly for more information.
