Plumber - Social Housing (North/East OR West London) We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for Social Housing maintenance contracts across London. Average earnings between - £1,000 -£1,200 per week 📍 Locations Available: * 2 x Plumbers - North/East London * 1 x Plumber - West London 🕒 Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 8:00am - 5:00pm * 40-hour week (1-hour lunch) or 42.5-hour week (30-minute lunch) Duties Include: * Tap repairs and replacements * Leak detection and repairs * Shower installations and repairs * Shower pump maintenance * General plumbing maintenance within occupied social housing properties * Part P related duties and basic electrical work associated with plumbing and heating systems Important: Part P experience is highly desirable. A formal Part P qualification is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be willing and able to carry out Part P-related works as part of the role.
