We are looking for an experienced Working Supervisor / Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks, slabbing and drainage. This is a hands-on role, supervising the team while also working alongside them to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme. Duties * Supervise and coordinate groundworkers on site * Remain hands-on with slabbing, paving and drainage * Oversee foul and storm drainage works * Manage manholes, pipework, kerbing and external works * Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress * Ensure high standards of quality and health & safety * Read and work from construction drawings Requirements * Previous experience as a Working Supervisor, Foreman or Ganger * Strong groundworks, slabbing and drainage experience * Experience supervising a groundworks team * Good understanding of site H&S * Able to work independently and as part of a team Groundworks | Drainage | Slabbing | Paving | Kerbing | Civils | External Works
