Enterprise Security Service Engineer  Greater London and the M25 £50,000 plus benefits   I'm working with a specialist security integrator who look after enterprise clients across commercial offices, critical infrastructure and live data centres. They're growing their service team and are looking for an experienced Service Technician who knows enterprise access control and CCTV inside out.   The role You'll be covering sites across Greater London and around the M25, with most of your time spent on site at customer premises. You'll attend reactive calls and PPM visits, diagnose and fix faults across access control, CCTV, intruder, intercom and integrated systems, and carry out software and firmware upgrades. You'll also deliver small works such as system expansions, equipment replacements, relocations and remedial jobs, through to testing, commissioning and handover.   Back at the office you'll do some prebuild and preconfiguration of kit before it goes to site. You'll work closely with the project managers and service coordinators, and as the customer's main contact on site you'll be in a good position to spot improvements and further work. There is an on call rota, so some out of hours work is part of the role.   What they're looking for At least 5 years in the electronic security industry Hands on experience with enterprise access control such as LenelS2, CCURE, Honeywell Pro Watch, Vanderbilt, AMAG, Feenics, Openpath or Avigilon Alta CCTV and VMS experience with Genetec, Milestone or Avigilon A good grasp of networking, including IP addressing, TCP/IP and VLANs Manufacturer certifications on a good number of the above systems Confident reading drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics Comfortable dealing with customers and managing their expectations Full driving licence Experience in data centres or critical environments, along with ECS, CSCS, IPAF or SSSTS, would be a real plus.   What's on offer £50,000 salary On call allowance Ongoing manufacturer training to keep your skills current Work on some of the most advanced security systems out there
