Parts Advisor/ Parts Supervisor Guildford £33,565 - £36,000 We are looking for a customer-focused Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor to join a busy automotive dealership based in Guildford. You will support retail, trade and workshop customers, ensuring parts are accurately identified, ordered and supplied efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Handle parts enquiries, identify the correct items and advise customers on availability, pricing and additional requirements. * Process orders, raise invoices and ensure parts are picked and despatched accurately and on time. * Source unavailable parts from alternative suppliers or dealerships. * Keep customers informed of order progress and resolve any issues promptly. * Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and develop sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate stock records and ensure parts are stored and handled correctly. * Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where necessary. * Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements. About You * Previous experience in an automotive parts department, ideally within a main dealership. * Experience using Kerridge or a similar dealer management system is desirable. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Good attention to detail and organisational skills. * A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Full, clean driving licence.
