We are on the lookout to find a new Customer Service Manager for a client based in Uxbridge.

The Customer Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the customer care and order management team, and serves as the critical link between customers and internal operations.

The primary focus is to ensure flawless order accuracy, manage delivery and pricing discrepancies, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role provides the link between Customer Service and the wider team, including Supply Chain, Commercials, Finance & Sales.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with FMCG based products.

Systems experience would be great, excel is a must paired ideally with SAP or salesforce.

Duties include:

• Managing a team, providing training, feedback, reviews etc
• Supporting with team recruitment
• Oversee customer service team workload and distribute tasks
• Manage customer order processing
• Coordinate orders with supply chain team
• Resolve issues and complex problem solving
• Approving credit notes

This is a busy role which requires somebody with experience in a busy customer service department.
