This is a great opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys the personal feel of a local firm but still wants to work within an established, well-supported property team.

The role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload covering matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership
• Right to Buy
• Lease extensions
• Joint ownership matters

The firm has an established conveyancing team made up of Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Paralegals, Trainees and support staff, providing a strong infrastructure around its fee earners.

The firm

The firm has been established for a number of decades and has several offices across Nottinghamshire.

Residential property is a core area of the practice, rather than simply one department within a much larger full-service operation, and the firm has built an excellent reputation locally for its conveyancing work.

You should be comfortable handling your own residential conveyancing caseload and, importantly, enjoy providing a personal service and building strong relationships with clients.
