An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and Customer Account Manager to join a growing business within the food and beverage sector. Reporting to the Head of Division, you will act as a key contact for customer enquiries, manage a portfolio of client accounts, and support the delivery of high-quality products and services.

• Proactively manage and convert inbound business enquiries.
• Coordinate project briefs, sample requests, product quotations, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage customer accounts and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers throughout the product development process.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer communications, handling enquiries via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Keep up to date with food and beverage market trends, innovations, and consumer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information within internal systems.

• Ability to attend client sites, tradeshows regularly both domestically and in Europe
