An established engineering firm based in Gloucestershire is seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers and Panel Wirers to join their team on a long-term contract basis. Key Responsibilities: * Electrical Assembly: Executing high-quality electrical assembly and panel wiring. * Control Panels: Building and wiring complex control panels. * Technical Assembly: Hand soldering, crimping, and using small hand tools. * Schematics: Reading and accurately working from electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven Background: Previous experience as an Electrical Assembler, Panel Wirer, or Electrical Technician. * Core Capabilities: Strong, hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and tool handling. * Precision: The ability to work accurately to a high standard within a manufacturing/engineering environment. * Logistics: Due to the site location, your own reliable transport is required.
