We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business in the managed print and office technology sector. They help businesses manage their printing and document needs more cost-effectively and sustainably.
This Telephone Sales Coordinator role is office-based role in a small, friendly team. You'll speak with businesses, introduce the company's services and book appointments for the wider team.
What you'll be doing
Making outbound calls to businesses across different sectors
Following up on marketing campaigns and mailers
Building interest and booking appointments
Keeping CRM records and follow-up details accurate
Managing your own calls and follow-ups
Working with the team to make the most of new opportunities
What we're looking for
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting or a similar role
Confidence speaking with people over the phone
A positive, resilient approach to handling objections
Good organisation and attention to detail
Someone who enjoys contributing as part of a supportive team
