CNC Miller / CNC Machinist – Elumatec Experience Relocation candidates are welcome to apply About the Role We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller / CNC Machinist with hands-on Elumatec machine experience to join our growing production team. You will be responsible for setting, operating and monitoring Elumatec CNC machinery to manufacture accurate, high-quality components. This position would suit a reliable machinist who takes pride in their work and can maintain excellent standards of quality, safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate Elumatec CNC milling and machining equipment * Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications * Load programs, select tooling and adjust machine settings * Machine aluminium profiles and components to the required tolerances * Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring equipment * Identify and resolve machining or quality issues * Complete routine machine checks and basic maintenance * Maintain accurate production and quality records * Keep the work area clean, organised and safe * Work closely with production, engineering and quality teams Requirements * Previous experience operating Elumatec CNC machinery * CNC milling or machining experience in a manufacturing environment * Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances * Confident using measuring and inspection equipment * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Strong awareness of workplace health and safety * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual and willing to support production requirements Experience machining aluminium profiles for windows, doors, curtain walling, façades or similar products would be advantageous.
