£28,000 - £30,000 + Commission | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a confident relationship-builder who enjoys developing business and helping customers find the right solutions? We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a growing and successful business where attitude, enthusiasm and commercial awareness are valued just as highly as industry experience.

This is a varied role that combines account management, business development and customer relationship management. You'll work with both existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities, providing product recommendations and helping to drive business growth across your region.

The role is office based Monday to Friday and after probation you'll be able to earn up to £600 per month in commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue within current accounts
• Prospect and win new business
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Prepare quotations and proactively follow up opportunities
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer service
• Develop knowledge of products, materials and applications

Skills/Experience

• Experience in a similar role where speaking to people and building relationships is at the heart of what you do
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive approach
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Confidence working towards targets and objectives
