Senior Paralegal – Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement

A specialist property law team is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support its highly regarded Lease Extensions and Enfranchisement practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional with experience in residential leasehold matters to work alongside leading specialists, manage their own caseload, and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of lease extension and enfranchisement matters under supervision
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex cases
• Drafting notices, deeds, correspondence, and legal documents
• Handling statutory and voluntary lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
• Managing completion and post-completion matters, including SDLT and Land Registry applications
• Assisting with the supervision and development of junior team members
• Maintaining high standards of client service and file management
• Recording time accurately and meeting billing requirements

About You

• Minimum five years' legal sector experience
• Proven experience in leasehold property matters, including lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Residential conveyancing experience desirable
• Excellent organisational and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
