Our exclusive client is an independent accountancy practice in the Guildford area. They are a 1 Partner firm and circa 15 staff. Based from a pleasant, rural office setting, they are poised for their next phase of growth.

Description

• Support the Managing Director with the smooth running of the firm.
• Attend business development events and actively taking part in attracting new clients to the firm.
• Managing the accounts and tax affairs of key/complex clients.
• Manage the accounts department.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Tax Partner.
• Strategically guide the firm during its next phase of growth.
• Ad-hoc project work.

Profile

A successful Partner should have:

• Proven expertise and 10-15 years' experience working for an accountancy practice.
• Experience managing a team and advising clients.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to identify and seize business opportunities.

Job Offer

• Salary between £90,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Agile and hybrid working.
• Long term route to Equity Partner.
• Based in a rural setting close to Guildford.
