Contract: 13-Month Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover

Working Pattern: Full-time, 2 fixed office days per week, 3 days working from home

Hybrid Working – 2 days in the Leatherhead office and 3 days working from home, with flexibility on office days depending on business needs.

The Opportunity

Are you a creative, confident and organised Marketing Executive who loves events, digital marketing and bringing ideas to life?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning international business based in Leatherhead on a 13-month maternity cover contract.

Working within a friendly, collaborative marketing team, you will play a key role in delivering exciting B2B marketing campaigns, corporate events, webinars and engaging digital content.

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same! You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute fresh ideas and work closely with an experienced Global Marketing Director.

We would love to hear from Marketing Executives or Marketing Coordinators who enjoy being involved in all aspects of marketing and are ready for their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Webinars

• Plan, organise and coordinate B2B events, conferences and webinars.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, speaker arrangements and promotional activities.
• Coordinate webinar invitations, registration pages, email campaigns and follow-up communications.
• Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and industry partners.
• Support international events, with occasional overseas travel (approximately once or twice a year).
• Monitor event budgets, timelines and deliverables.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Create, write and schedule engaging social media content, particularly for LinkedIn.
• Support organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
• Promote events, webinars, reports and company updates.
• Assist with podcast production, video content and marketing materials.
• Create engaging presentations, branded content and digital collateral.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop fresh marketing ideas.

CRM & Marketing Support

• Maintain and update CRM databases, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Support marketing automation and email campaigns.
• Track campaign engagement and marketing performance.
• Assist with marketing reports, data analysis and project planning.
• Coordinate multiple marketing activities and deadlines.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, exceptionally organised and enjoys working as part of a team.

Ideally, you will have:

• Around 2 years or more of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience supporting or coordinating corporate events and webinars.
• Exposure to B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology or professional services.
• Experience creating social media content and managing digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team.
• A creative, proactive approach with the confidence to suggest new ideas.
• A willingness to learn, adapt and take ownership of projects.

Marketing Systems

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, WordPress, Smartsheet, ON24 or similar marketing platforms would be advantageous.

You do not need to have used every system. We are particularly interested in candidates with the right practical marketing experience, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
