SENIOR SITE MANAGER – INTERNALS ✍️ Role: Senior Site Manager – Internals 📍 Location: Cardiff 🏗️ Sector: Construction / Major Projects 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Site Based A leading construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager – Internals to oversee internal construction and finishing works on a major hotel development in Cardiff, with the opportunity to move onto a high-value arena project as the works progress. What you'll be doing * Managing day-to-day internal construction works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme * Coordinating subcontractors and trade contractors across internal packages, including partitions, ceilings, doors, joinery and finishes * Monitoring progress against programme milestones, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions where required * Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, quality and finishes meet the required standards * Coordinating internal works with other trades and the wider project team to avoid clashes and maintain progress * Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, site requirements and quality standards * Reporting on progress, resolving site issues and ensuring internal works are completed to the required programme and specification What we're looking for * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager overseeing internal construction or fit-out packages * Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on commercial, hotel, leisure or other large-scale construction projects * Strong understanding of internal finishes, quality control, construction programmes and health and safety requirements * A proactive and organised leader with strong communication skills and the ability to drive progress while maintaining high standards To Apply: For a confidential discussion, contact Paloma or Giles on (phone number removed).
