Overtime readily available and paid at 1.5x across the boards Company Pension Scheme Ongoing training and development We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a busy, high-volume food manufacturing site in Wellingborough! We are going through a substantial growth period currently, with the company going from £3m turnover in 2024 to over £33m in 2026! We are looking to expand the team as a result, and currently already employ over 280 people at our manufacturing site. Day to day you’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of production and packaging machinery, including but not limited to flow wrappers, conveyors, depositors, ultrasonic cutters, mixers, ovens.
