Part-Time Sales Ledger Assistant – Brighton (hybrid) – Permanent - £28-32k

My client is looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their finance team in central Brighton on a part-time basis.

The role requires 20 hours per week and they are flexible as to how this is carried out and operate hybrid working. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will own the end-to-end sales invoicing process.

Sales Ledger Responsibilities

• Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and promptly
• Maintaining customer accounts and ensuring records are up to date
• Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts
• Chasing outstanding debts and managing credit control activities
• Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes

About You

• Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role
• Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively
• A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team
