Operations & Installation Manager Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Travel: No regular travel required An exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a key operational leadership role. We are looking for an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of installation planning, project coordination, stock, warehouse operations, ordering, deliveries and health & safety, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage installation teams and contractors. * Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources. * Coordinate projects from order through to installation and completion. * Manage stock, warehouse operations and deliveries. * Place and monitor supplier orders. * Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules. * Manage snagging and remedial works. * Ensure health & safety standards are maintained. * Identify and resolve operational issues. * Work closely with surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers. * Drive improvements in processes, performance and efficiency. About You * Experience managing installation teams or contractors. * Knowledge of windows, doors, glazing and installation processes. * Experience with stock, warehouse and delivery management. * Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. * Good knowledge of health & safety. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach. * Confidence to take ownership and make decisions. * Good IT and scheduling/administration skills
