An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Buyer to join a growing infrastructure and engineering business in London, supporting the delivery of major projects.

As a Senior Buyer, you'll take ownership of procurement activities across live projects, ensuring materials, suppliers and commercial agreements are managed effectively to support successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will help drive cost efficiencies, strengthen supplier performance and ensure procurement activities remain aligned with project budgets, programmes and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing procurement across infrastructure projects

• Sourcing materials and services

• Negotiating supplier contracts and pricing

• Managing supplier relationships and performance

• Supporting project teams with procurement requirements

• Ensuring compliance with procurement procedures

• Managing purchase orders and documentation

• Monitoring contractual changes and delivery risks

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in a Senior Buyer or Project Buyer position

• Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract law

• Experience using ERP systems

• Experience in working on MEP/M&E projects
