Location: Manchester City Centre (2 days in-office)

Are you a Housing Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer looking to develop your career within a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm?

A leading Manchester law firm is looking for a Housing Solicitor to join its specialist Housing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Lawyer with a genuine interest in Housing Law, Landlord and Tenant disputes and Social Housing to build their expertise within an established team.

You’ll advise housing providers, landlords and property managers across a varied caseload of contentious Housing matters, including housing disrepair claims, possession proceedings, tenancy enforcement and anti-social behaviour. You’ll gain valuable experience across Housing Litigation while developing your advocacy, case management and client skills.

You’ll join a supportive team where you’ll have the opportunity to work on quality Housing Law matters and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Housing Litigation.

About You

• Qualified Housing Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
• At least 2 years’ experience in Housing or Property Litigation
• Experience representing landlords or housing providers
• Strong interest in Housing Law and Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
• Genuine ambition to specialise and progress within Housing Litigation
