We are currently supporting a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are recruiting for a Learning & Development Lead (Projects) on a temporary four month contract. The position is due to start week commencing 23rd November and offers an hourly rate of c.£26 - £30 via an umbrella company (DOE).

The role will require travel to the office in North Manchester once per week and ad hoc travel for training delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in L&D, preferably in a customer facing setting and be confident leading the end to end training, design and delivery process.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing full scope and delivery for all aspects of training relating to the organisation’s ongoing projects
• Identifying gaps in the existing training across the organisation and implementing improvements
• Leading the learning and capability workstream for strategic business projects
• Designing engaging learning solutions using a blend of classroom, virtual, digital and on-the-job approaches
• Conducting learning needs analysis to identify knowledge, skills and behavioural requirements associated with project changes and using these insights to develop appropriate learning materials, guides, toolkits, e-learning content and supporting resources
• Supporting managers in embedding learning and sustaining behavioural change within teams and facilitating workshops, training sessions and knowledge transfer activities

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing is desirable but not essential
• CIPD Level 5 desirable but QBE candidates will be considered

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
